Acupuncture has helped me in more ways than I could have ever imagined. When I started seeing Grace I was really struggling with anxiety and low self esteem, and I felt fearful of a lot of things. I had also been battling with UTI’s for the last 15 years and her treatment has helped me reduce my reliance on antibiotics, and I now rarely have flare ups. Grace has steadily helped me to communicate better, find balance, and has made me feel so much more confident and energised! I can’t recommend her and the work the Elements project does enough.
